전치사 : other than, as soon as, in addition to, besides, plus, prior to

 

1. other than : (전치사) -외에 -이 아닌

 

I don't eat anything other than vegetables

나는/ 야채 외에는/ 아무 것도 먹지 않습니다.

 

He don't have hobbies other than playing vido games

그는 비디오 게임을 하는 것 외에는 취미가 없습니다.

 

I need someone to help me other than brother

나는 /형제를 제외한 /누군가가 /나를 도와주기를 /필요로 합니다.

 

2. as soon as :(접속사) -하자마자

 

As soon as the alarm went off, everyone evacutated the building

 

경보가 울리자마자 모두 건물을 대피했습니다.

 

As soon as I finish my work, I'll join you for lunch

일을 마치는 대로, 나는 점심 때 당신과 함께 합류할 거예요.

 

3. in addition to : (전치사) -외에 -뿐민아니라

 

In addition to studing for his exam, he also has a part-time job

그는 시험 공부 뿐만 아니라/ 아르바이트도 하고 있습니다.

 

In addition to his family, He invited a few close freinds  to the party

그는/ 가족 뿐만 아니라/ 몇 명의 가까운 친구들도/ 파티에 초대했습니다.

 

She has a talent for painting in addition to her skill playing musical instrument

그녀는 /악기 연주 기술 뿐만아니라 / 그림 그리기에도 재능이 있습니다.

 

4. besides:(전)-외에,(부)게다가,-뿐만아니라

 

Besides cake ,we need some drinks for the party

케이크 외에도 /파티를 위해 /음료수 몇 개가 필요합니다. (전치사)

 

 we have no otehr plan besides visiting the museum

박물관을 방문하는 것 외에/ 다른 계획은 없어요.(전치사)

 

We don't have time to watch Tv, besides, I prefer reading books

TV를 보는 시간이 없어요. 게다가, 나는 책을 읽는 것을 선호해요(부사)

 

He's talented, and he's a hard worker besides

 

그는 재능 있고, 게다가 열심히 일하는 사람이에요(부사)

 

5. plus : (전)-에더해, -뿐만아니라

 

you get free drink plus dessert with your meal

 

식사와 함께 /음료와 디저트를 추가로/ 받습니다.

 

she's taleted plus she works hard

 

그녀는 재능 있고, 게다가 열심히 일합니다.

 

I like to hike  and plus, it's great excercise

나는 등산을 좋아하고, 게다가 이것은 훌륭한 운동입니다.

 

6. prior to : (전) -전에, -에 앞서

 

I have never traveled abroad prior to  last summer

저는/ 지난 여름 이전에/ 해외로 /여행을 한 적이 없었습니다.
